Owlery =DD

Nicholas walks up into the owlery, the letter in his pocket.

"Beauty!" He called. A huge gray owl with with white spots flew down beside him. She moved her head against Nicholas's arm and he patted the top of her head.

"Hey there girl. I need you to take this to Amethyst." He said. He knew that he wouldn't have to tell her where Amethyst was. Beauty always had a second nature of knowing where to find someone. He tried the letter around Beauty's leg.

Beauty hoped over to the open window in the owlery and spread her wings before taking a large leap into the air and flying away. Nicholas watched as the owl flew and when Beauty was out of eye sight he threw his scarf back around his neck and headed down the stairs.

As he was walking down the stairs he bumped into Harry.

"Hey, watch where you-" He saw who it was. "Sorry." While he didn't care for Harry at all, he was Amethyst's friend and because of that he put up with Harry, like the rest.

"Sorry." Harry said as he kept walking but stopped and turned back to face Nicholas. "Have you heard for Amethyst, I haven't seen her all day." Harry said.

"No mate, I haven't. Most be sick or something." Nicholas said and then he kept walking till he was back inside the halls of Hogwarts.

Alaina Ran Intill She Was At The Owlery And When She Was She Sat Down Onto The Floor And Sat There With Tears in her Eyes.

Maddock stretched as he walked up the stairs to the Owlery. He'd realised moments after he'd gone up to his dorm that he'd overreacted to Zach's request, but the awkwardness was getting to him now and he didn't want to apologise. Sighing, he opened the Owlery door with his free hand. He called down Jareth, his barn owl, and grinned - his mood lightening instantly.

"Hey Jareth," he petted the top of the owl's head, "mind taking this back home for me?"

Jareth hooted sticking his leg out and Maddock tied the small parcel to Jareth's leg. The owl left, "See you when you get back."

Maddock turned to leave, and only then just noticed the girl nearby. "Uh, hey, are you alright?"
