Matt looked at Lauren and he stood up leaving her alone. he walked to the backyard and sighed. How can Jake deal with her, she is so unpredictable he thought by himself. He summoned a piece of paper and wrote a letter to Jake. His owl came flying towards me and grabbed the piece and flew off Matt watched the owl fly away.

Lauren knew she'd blown it when Matt walked out. Angry with herself. Sad. Sighing, she trudged slowly up to her bedroom. That was where the vision struck her.

Light flashed in the back of her head as she collapsed; green and red and gold. Matt was calling her, but she couldn't move. She could only watch the lights flash past. Red and green and gold.
